Vesuvio is an underground secret city where the Dragons of Mobius resided and was the home of Dulcy. It was discovered by Dr. Eggman after a group of roboticized dragons followed her there. After Vesuvio was attacked by the robian dragons, Dulcy managed to fight along side the free dragons still residing there, and together they melted the robians. Following this, Dulcy become the official liason between the dragons and outside world. (StH: #155, #156)

The city was probably named after "Vesuvius", a volcano in Italy.
