I'll tell ya why Julie-Su will never be seen in the comics again. Because the whole Ken Penders Lawsuit is already over, Kens gonna do his stupid Graphic Novel series, which means all of his characters are permantly banned from the comics.
Can you give me some details about the lawsuit please?
Here's ya proof on Penders winning the Lawsuit and guff:
So yeah, no more of Penders characters in the comics. Now they're all gonna be featured in some project that is gonna be nothing but a cheap knock off of Star Wars/Star Trek/everything Sci-Fi related. MeltingMan234

No, but I did see it from the Sonic Stadium forums. E-124 Poldege
I still ain't believing that somehow the comics will revert back to it's original continuity. The only time we'll ever see any elements of the old timeline are in flashbacks, but obviously they won't go back because of SEGA and already banning all of Penders characters and material. This new timeline is here to stay. MeltingMan234 21:48, October 26, 2013 (UTC)
Hey, you never know when the comic book will go back to the original timeline. MerlinTheFairyFox
Oh sure, sure, and maybe Marvel or DC or whoever it is will stop constantly rebooting their comics. MeltingMan234 02:28, November 4, 2013 (UTC)
Is that sarcasm or something else? MerlinTheFairyFox
What example? MeltingMan234 02:21, November 20, 2013 (UTC)
Answer to MeltingMan234
My example of hope that the comic book will go back to the original continuity. MerlinTheFairyFox
All of that hope is long gone MeltingMan234 04:47, November 20, 2013 (UTC)
About the "for now" business
I know you're one of the many people who want the old universe back, but I think it's time to face facts -- it's not coming back and there are a number of reasons why.
1) Penders has burnt his bridges. If the man ever wanted to return to Archie, that chance is probably long gone. He gave Sega and Archie untold grief because of this and there's no way they'll let him back in even if he dragged himself back to them on his hands and knees.
2) This is what Sega wants. For the longest time, Sega wanted the comics to focus closer to the games. Now, they got their chance. The universe has been reboot to the point that they can not only work around Penders' temper tantrum, they can also finally tell game-related stories without being held down by his lore.
3) It's infinitely cheaper. Penders had said that he'd allow them to use his characters again, but only if they followed HIS rules. Basically, Archie'd have to pay two groups (Sega and Penders) and that's ridiculous. Given the choice, the reboot is financially better.
At this point, it's safer to say that it's not coming back than holding out on hope that a greedy little man will come crawling back to his former bosses and beg for his job back.
About time someone pointed out this "for now" guff. There's a reason why Flynn said, "There is nothing the fans can do about it." Even if people started some sort of rebelion, like the bums at SAVE-ARCHIE-SONIC club on DA *which is a very pathetic club* It won't change a thing cause the plans were already made and the changes are here to stay. I've heard Penders saying that one of his rules for letting his characters back is to have the Light Mobius universe be canon to the comics and not be another Alternate universe. And there's no way that's going to happen mainly because of Lockes death from that universe and the old timeline. Flynn is NOT going to break his oath of his, "What's dead is dead" policy. Unless some other writer tries to do it and piss him off. MeltingMan234 21:10, November 23, 2013 (UTC)
