Background information[]

Cameos and References[]

  • On the cover, Sonic, Tails, and Eggman resemble their classic selves, albeit with a few allusions to their modern counterparts.  For example, Sonic and Tails's eyes are green and blue respectively, rather than black.
  • Sonic's snowboard on the cover appears to be from Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. In addition, Sally's snowboard looks similliar to Amy's from the same game.
  • The location on the cover appears to be a snow-covered Green Hill Zone.
