Skorp is a scorpion-based Badnik created by Dr. Eggman.

History

Worlds Collide

When the timeline was rewritten by Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily's Genesis Wave, a lone Skorp was present in the Skull Egg Zone along with a Sasoreenu while Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Rush's party passed by. (SU: #53)

Shattered World Crisis

From a reader's perspective, this picks up from where the original pre-Super Genesis Wave continuity left off.
Sonic in Wrong Car

Sonic encounters multiple Skorp and Dragonfly badniks.

Sonic the Hedgehog encountered a number of Skorps on a Bullet Train while attempting to rescue Uncle Chuck and Professor Pickle from Eggman's forces. Thanks to the help of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, the Skorps were defeated and their Mobini released. (StH: #258)

Appearance

The Skorp is an orange, black, and grey, robot resembling a scorpion. On each side of its body are two caterpillar tracks for moving like a tank and claws resembling that of a scorpion's claws. On the top and towards the back is what would resemble a tail on a scorpion in the form of connected spheres and a mace on the end.

Abilities

The Skorp attacks by means of a mace on the end of its tail. This is to be expected from a badnik based on a scorpion.

Background Information

  • The Skorp is based off the badnik of the same name from the Sega Genesis video game Sonic & Knuckles.
