Secret HQ is the base of operations for the Secret Freedom Fighters and located beneath the city of New Mobotropolis.

History

Secret HQ was originally constructed by NICOLE during the Iron Dominion's occupation of New Mobotropolis to serve as an underground headquarters for the remaining Knothole Freedom Fighters. (StH: #210)

The site was later repurposed by NICOLE for the Secret Freedom Fighters at the request of former Secret Intelligence Division director, Harvey Who. (StH: #238)
