The Onyx City Science Center is a scientific facility located in Onyx City in Silver's Future. It thus falls under the administration of the Onyx City Council.

A Source of Fear[]
The Science Center was the headquarters of the Onyx City Council's plot involving the Genesis Portals, from which they monitored these rifts in reality. Prior to this it had been established as a place to be feared, with Silver the Hedgehog noting that beings with powers like his own had previously been taken there only to vanish. However, upon confirming his theory that Silver had the ability to close the Genesis Portals, Professor Von Schlemmer insisted upon taking him to the Science Center.
