Lieutenant Knuckles was an alternate version of Knuckles the Echidna from the Litigopolis Zone and leader of the Echidna Enforcers. He was one of the many that had mistaken Sonic for Anti Sonic. When he was about to arrest Sonic, he was knocked out by Sally McAcorn. (SSS: #14)
