The Labyrinth Zone is a ruin-like maze partially submerged in water and the decaying remnants of an ancient civilization that has been visited by Sonic the Hedgehog and the Knothole Freedom Fighters.

During the period when Dr. Eggman's Operation: Clean Sweep altered reality and reshaped Mobius, Sonic and the Freedom Fighters had to travel through it to find Dr. Eggman. It eventually lead them to the Star Light Zone. (StH:#227)
Background Information[]
- The Labyrinth Zone was originally in the first Sonic the Hedgehog game. It is famous for being the first water level of the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
