Dr. Kintobor, Amy, Sonic and Buns in the Grand Forest.
The Grand Forest is the Moebius counterpart of the Great Forest in Mobius. It is a lush green area filled with trees and a small river. Deep inside it lies Dr. Kintobor's tower that doubled as a sanctuary for all those who feared Scourge the Hedgehog's wrath until he was defeated by Sonic the Hedgehog and later imprisoned in the No Zone by Zonic the Zone Cop.
History
Sonic and Amy's Visit
When Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose attempted a counter-invasion on Moebius after Scourge the Hedgehog and his Suppression Squad invaded Freedom HQ, they arrived at Dr. Ivo Kintobor's veterinarian tower in the Grand Forest where they were attacked by Buns Rabbot in her Omega Care Unit who mistook her for Scourge due to problems with the Omega Unit's optic sensors stopping the user from seeing colours properly. Dr. Kintobor stopped Buns though and then asked Sonic and Amy to come outside with him to discuss how to defeat King Scourge seeing as how it was such a lovely day. Buns Rabbot suggested that they seek out the help of Rosy the Rascal, but Dr. Kintobor says that she is far too dangerous, but Amy pleads with him to tell them who they are talking about and where to find her. Dr. Kintobor then gets them ready for their departure from the Grand Forest and Buns takes them to Anti Castle Acorn. (StH: #189, #190, #193, #194)
Areas
- Dr. Kintobor's tower: Dr. Ivo Kintobor's hospital tower which is equipped with a force field to keep out the Anti Freedom Fighters.
- Clearing: A small clearing in the forest with a circular flower bed in the centre and stone seats around it, possibly put there by Dr. Kintobor. This was were Dr. Kintobor, Amy, Sonic and Buns discussed how to defeat Scourge.
Background information
- Unlike the Mobius counter part, the forest serves as a base for Kintobor whereas on Mobius, it serves as a base for the Knothole Freedom Fighters
