The native inhabitants of Biotex.
Biotex was a planet inhabited by beings who developed the qualities of robots in order to protect themselves from the dangerous microbes present on their planet. The Bem scientist Ceneca 9009 mistook this for a unnatural condition, and so created the De-Roboticizer to return them to "normal". Too late she discovered her error, as the now defenseless Biotexans were utterly wiped out by the microbes. This led to the outlawing of the De-Roboticizer, which would have grim consequences for Ceneca 9009 when she used it to restore Amadeus Prower to normal and then pleaded for Bem intervention on Mobius.
