Archie Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 14 was the fourteenth issue of the main Sonic the Hedgehog comic series.

[edit] Summary

[edit] Story One

"Tails' Taste of Power"

While tending to Rotor's plants, Tails accidentally eats a fruit from the Mobian Tree of wisdom, giving him great intelligence, and a big ego to boot. Can Sonic stop tails from doing anything hasty against Robotnik before the fruit's effect wears off?

[edit] Story Two

"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!"

In this non-canon imaginary episode, Robotnik constructs a new mini mall to lure Bunnie and Sally into a trap, underestimating the power of girl power. (Robotnik looks disturbing when he's playing with his dolls).

[edit] Quotes

[edit] Key Events

  • Tails eats a fruit from the legendary Tree of Wisdom, giving him increased intelligence.
  • With Tails' increased knowledge, the FFs were able to defeat Dr. Robotnik's Shredbot.

[edit] Background Information

  • Features a 3-page ministory that is already drawn, but can have dialogue submitted by fans as part of a contest. The 3 winners and their submissions were revealed in StH: #23. Prizes included subscriptions, original artwork from issues 21 and 22, and autographed copies of issue 25.
  • The Shredbot that ambushes Sally, Bunnie and Antoine looks almost identicle to the Shredder robot from the SatAM episode "Hooked on Sonics," although the colouring is different.
